Iām Kavita and my mission is to guide people to and through the wisdom of their bodies. The modern world is full of distraction, expectation, and a ākeep calm and carry onā mindset. We ignore the constant, subtle signs that our body sends to us.
Did you know that around 80% of the information flowing between our body and brain actually travels from the body to the brain, rather than the other way around? How many of us actually take the time to tune in to these signals?
I have spent the last 10 years delving into the world of wellbeing. I have trained in breathwork, various yoga styles, transformation coaching, psychotherapy informed practices, sound healing,Ā psychedelic integration, and more. I spent years being disconnected from my body, partying, and not being able to connect to my intuition. My life transformed when I began to nurture a deep connection to myself. I blend science, psychology, and mind-body practices to help people uncover subconscious blocks, calm the mind, and feel expansion in every part of their lives.Ā
