Welcome to the ‘Mindful Motion’ Community, my name is Dominique and I’m so excited you’re here!
Moving my body has always been a non-negotiable in my life. I started my fitness journey as a 400m track runner, a high intensity and adrenaline fuelled sport. This caused a lot of stress on my body, and soon I discovered the transformative power that low impact exercises such as yoga and pilates have on the body.These exercises combine flexibility and strength bringing you sense a calm in a chaotic world.
I flew to India to undertake my trainings turning my attention to mindful movement. I learned to slow down and appreciate every aspect of myself. Recognising movement as a potent healer, our journey together will explore yoga,pilates and the transformative influence of the breath.
